J. A. Leary was educated as a mathematician and computer scientist. He holds degrees from the University of Central Florida (Bs) and Boston College (Ms).
His love of fiction writing industrialized after a long vocation as a software engineer, a profession that has allowed him the privilege of working on America’s Space program at Nasa’s Kennedy Space Center.
Mythical
He openly admits a always in vogue infatuation with his wife, Annette, whom he married in 1987. She was his first motivation to write and the inspiration for Victoria Hunter. J.A. And Annette live in Orlando, Florida, and have four children.
Tyler: Welcome, J.A. I’m excited to talk you about your new novel and the historical and biblical threads you’ve woven into it. To begin, will you tell us briefly about the main character, Victoria Hunter, and what her situation is when the novel begins?
J.A.: Thank you for having me. And yes, let’s get right into it. Victoria Hunter is rare, very rare. She has ascended the corporate ranks and become a Ceo at the tender age of twenty-eight. With a great mind and sensitivity for people, her world seems perfect, for a few paragraphs anyway. Then we learn her husband is dead and she is raising her twin sons alone.
Tyler: What is Victoria’s mental state once her children are abducted?
J.A.: Now the circumstances under which her children vanish are strange and terrific for her. She suffers from posttraumatic stress, severe sufficient to erase the memory of her children.
Tyler: Will you tell us about that abduction? How does it happen?
J.A.: dream this stunning young woman, beautiful, bright and whose twin sons are now the town of her world after losing her soul mate tragically. Then, two men show up in her home speaking about the destiny of her boys and with thick German accents. But before they can convince her of her role as the mum of the new Reich, the house trembles and the winds of forever sweep straight through the nursery. The intruders run in a panic. Victoria is left standing at the lowest of the grand stairway in her home and hears the cries of babies from the upstairs room. She runs up the stairs, calling their names in anguish.
Tyler: What does Victoria do to find out what happened to her children?
J.A.: She follows the trail. This leads her to discard the rational, quiz, the probable, and think the incredible.
Tyler: Why does only her psychiatrist believe she is telling the truth?
J.A.: Well, that’s a judgment call on his part. He has practiced psychiatry for over twenty five years and Victoria naturally does not fit the psychological profile of a woman suffering from post-partum psychosis, and she has no history of mental illness. Plus there are a few curve balls Victoria throws at him that have him rethinking a proper psychiatric diagnosis.
Tyler: I mentioned in your introduction that your wife, Annette, was the inspiration for Victoria Hunter. How did she feel about you using her to portray your heroine?
J.A.: She loved it. And she loves the book.
Tyler: Why is the book called “The Angel Hunter”? What is the point of angels to the plot?
J.A.: It’s a play on words. Victoria’s last name is Hunter. It raises a quiz, in the reader’s mind when they open the book and read her last name. As far as angels go, there are a few dire circumstances where Victoria needs a little help.
Tyler: Are you able to tell us about the destiny of Victoria’s sons, or will that give away the plot?
J.A.: Let’s just say their destiny is well beyond the stereo-typical hero’s to someday save the world.
Tyler: What was your presume for creating twin sons for Victoria? Why not just one child who is a hero?
J.A.: That will be explained in a hereafter book. I currently see the Angel Hunter series as four books. Her sons will be integral.
Tyler: Tell me more about the Holy Lance. What is its legend and history, and why is it important in “The Angel Hunter”?
J.A.: Ah, a great question. The spear of destiny has been the obsession of very powerful men of conquest for two millennia. From Charlemagne to Adolf Hitler. Legend says it is the spear of the Longinus. He is the centurion who pierced the side of Jesus after he was dead.
Anyone who possesses the spear wields its power, provided they know how: now does Victoria? Read the book and you’ll find out.
Tyler: What is the power of the spear? What did Charlemagne and Hitler hope to accomplish by having the spear, and did they ever find it, or is it wholly mythical?
J.A.: Oh yes. Hitler and Charlemagne did at one time possess the holy lance. Now is it the actual spear that pierced Jesus? We have no way of knowing.
Tyler: On your website you have a link to someone else site about “The Book of Enoch.” For our readers who are not so customary with the Bible, who was Enoch, and why is he important to the novel?
J.A.: Ok. Now this is a bright subject. First, “The Book of Enoch” is not a canonized book of the Old Testament, although it was at one time. Enoch was an Old Testament prophet who “walked with God.” His writings told of the fallen race of angels whom he referred to as the watchers. This race of beings took great interest in the charm and femininity of mortal women. And with these “daughters of men,” they had passionate relations. Their offspring became known as the niphilum. It was the niphilum-that many theologians believe-introduced corruption to the human race: not eating an apple in the orchad of Eden. Now in terms of the novel, Victoria’s husband has been dead for a year when the book opens. Yet, she has three-month-old twin sons. Timing is everything.
Tyler: Interesting, J.A. Is Victoria aware of what happened to her to get her pregnant or is she just as surprised by the birth of her children?
J.A.: She thinks the boys are her husband’s departing gift to her.
Tyler: J.A. You were supposed to have a reading at a bookstore at the University of Notre Dame, but I understand it was cancelled. Will you tell us what happened there? Does your book have a association to the University of Notre Dame?
J.A.: Yes, I was disappointed. Notre Dame is a truly unique and mystical place that I have nothing but the highest regard for. Victoria is a graduate of Notre Dame and a good chunk of novel unfolds on the Notre Dame campus. However, I did illustrate to the curator that without intrigue, tension, and drama, I have no story. Well, the intrigue, the drama, and the tension were too much for the administration. Plus I have references in the back of the book, one specifically thanking Deepak Chopra and Eckhart Tolle for their work: this didn’t sit well.
Tyler: The book has scenes at the grotto at Notre Dame. Is that what they primarily objected to? Can you tell us a little bit about that scene?
J.A.: There are several scenes bright the grotto. The objection from what I understand is the demonstrative human drama that unfolds in the Basilica and the grotto.
Tyler: What kind of responses have you received so far from habitancy who have read your book?
J.A.: I am overwhelmed by the response. habitancy love Victoria, they love the story. Some readers are even saying Victoria has helped them take a look inside themselves, at their trust systems, and how they realize the world around them. In other words, they are becoming more awakened straight through this fictional journey. Consciousness doesn’t care what gets you there, so long as you get there.
Tyler: “The Angel Hunter” has a list of recommended reading at the end, which is unusual for a fiction work. Why did you conclude to include this list?
J.A.: I wanted the readers to know certain things. One, I didn’t make all this stuff up about Enoch, Moses, and The Ark of the Covenant. There are credible historians doing easily astonishing explore into our contemporary and antique history and they are producing conclusions that are contradictory to proper religions and beliefs in the Judeo-Christian society. That is not a bad thing. And two, the rise of the Third Reich happened in the midst of contemporary civilized humankind. It was not a coup or a revolution. The habitancy wanted Hitler in and Hindenburg out. We need never to forget this. When habitancy are destitute, frightened, and hungry, when a leader, no matter how mad his ideas, says jobs and food for all of us, habitancy listen.
Tyler: What do you think separates “The Angel Hunter” from other books that offer alternate religious histories such as “The Da Vinci Code”?
J.A.: Well let me say something first about Dan Brown. The man is brilliant. In “The Da Vinci Code” his character states that as a child he fell into a well. He confesses it was Jesus who gave him the drive to tread water all night until he was found. His faith saved him. habitancy who are critics of Dan Brown miss the entire point. All the other stuff is fluff. Does your faith empower you when dire circumstances strike? It did for Robert in “The Da Vinci Code.” What else matters?
Now “The Angel Hunter” does not easily offer an alternate version of religion per say. But Victoria is presented with certain facts and circumstances that push her to shed old dogmas and theocracies. Otherwise her children have no chance. And she is a mum before whatever else.
Tyler: What is the message you hope habitancy will take with them when they have accomplished reading “The Angel Hunter”?
J.A.: My hope is this. Estimate one, they enjoy the story for what it is: a fast moving, intense book that derives much of its fuel from science, theology, history, and socio-economic conditions. And secondly, I hope-through Victoria Hunter-for a spark of wakefulness. A sense that true consciousness is within reach of all of us. It is a gift from the creator to exist in this wakeful state and it is just that easy.
Tyler: J.A., I understand you are planning a sequel to “The Angel Hunter”? Would you tell us about that book and when we can expect its publication?
J.A.: The title is “The Tantalus Key” and in this book we will see Victoria begin to unravel the inexpressive truths about the origins of humanity and why certain events in history must happen: in one case, why Michelangelo, a sculptor by trade, had to paint the Sistine Chapel. Why would Pope Julius Ii, with likes of Raphael and Da Vinci at his disposal, select a sculptor who had little or no touch as his fresco painter? We are going to find that out and a lot more.
Tyler: J.A., before we go, will you tell our readers about your website and what supplementary facts they can find there about “The Angel Hunter”?
J.A.: Yes, thank you. Http://www.jaleary.com. You can email me at jaleary@jaleary.com

I recently attended Arizona 2011 – Real Estate and company forecast which had a amount of exquisite featured speakers together with Elliott Pollack, illustrious economist from the Phoenix area. I’d like to share with you the ample sentiment as well as the analysis of various real estate and company sectors.
First Elliott started of the show with his signature analysis of the local, state and national economy. The ample consensus was that we’re seeing at other year of stagnation in 2011. In other words, 2011 will look 2010 in most ways – abysmal. The year of year revising will be minuscule. As we move forward, 2012 will be good than 2011 and so forth but we won’t see an marked revising and gigantic increase until 2013-14 when things should start to return to normal. all is predicated on the national economy enhancing and while there are signs that things are enhancing ever so slightly, we are still a few years away on that front as well. Of course, so much is dependent on what happens nationally and even more so, globally with the economy. Elliott went on to point out that Phoenix has historically suffered from emphatic boom-bust cycles and that we are poised for other boom cycle. All the indicators point towards to time to come population and employment increase as we move transmit which will retain our housing market.
Phoenix
Moving on to some of the other speakers and specific real estate market segments, the consensus was that residential housing is near or at bottom. Will probably get slightly worse next year as more foreclosures hit the market and must be absorbed. But we are already at rock lowest pricing so can’t go much lower. This means other year of gigantic housing affordability and quality to find incredible value for housing and investment.
Apartments are the first real estate stock type in the investment sector to show revising and signs of upwards movement. We are pretty much at the lowest for apartments. Class ‘A’ and ‘B’ apartments didn’t precisely suffer too badly in this retreat and there are signs that they are improving. Rents are up and concessions are down in these asset categories which precisely work on cash flow and market value. There are naturally more potential buyers for the nicer stock than there are buildings for sale. I can personally vouch for this as I have been involved in numerous bidding wars for quality assets in good locations. This invariably means someone is willing to overpay, usually.
Class ‘C’ is being neglected in a big way right now and that’s where the sales inventory is located. Too much inventory and not adequate buyers means downward pressure on value and pricing. It is getting to the point where some lenders are willing to dump properties to get out from under them. This is also the sector affected by the highest vacancy rates in the 20-25% range because they are invariably in the areas affected by the Sb1070 legislation that scared a lot of Hispanics out of the city and across the border. Some of those areas in Glendale, West and central Phoenix have been decimated by vacancies as the rental pool has shrunk. What this means is that there is now an chance to purchase real estate assets for cents on the dollar and advantage from the end of this temporary crisis. This is probably where some of the best deals are settled but they need experienced investors that understand how to turn a asset around.
Apartment financing is available and getting better.
Industrial is the next real estate asset class that is set to recover. Still a join of years away, but there are signs that it is bottoming out and confident absorption is starting to edge down vacancy rates. Sell and office are still light years away from recovery and should only be touched by the most experienced and knowledgeable investors.
We also had a speaker that talked specifically about the residential rental market. Particular family homes and condos as investments. He stated that he is managing more homes than ever and vacancy rates are lower than he has ever seen and rents are inspiring up. He manages over 900 homes and has a 4% ample vacancy. What’s driving this sector is the amount of homeowners losing their homes in short sale and foreclosure and in need of rental housing until they can heal their credit. The best residential housing markets for investments are where the newer subdivisions were built from 2003-2007 on the fringes of the Valley. Even as far out as Buckeye. So, where we are positioned and selling a lot of homes as investment is ideal – Avondale, Goodyear and surrounding areas.
As it stands with any type of investment, if you hang around and wait for the indicators to show a turnaround, you are already late. You have to be able to anticipate what’s happening with the foremost indicators and jump in before everyone else. It’s precisely not that risky if you make sure to stick to buying properties that have confident cash flow.
So when are we going to see an upswing of housing values? My thoughts are 2-3 years and once it starts, it will accelerate fairly quickly (Not as quickly as the last boom). Why? because we will have A Lot of homeowners that lost their homes and have repaired their credit so they are ready to re-enter the housing market. join this with an enhancing economy and more population inspiring into town and our oversupply of housing should be gobbled up pretty quickly. Prices will have to escalate adequate to motivate the investors to sell their inventory so I think you could see a run-up of values in the 20-30% range within a 2 year period when this market segment re-opens(or until cash flows turn from confident to negative on Particular family housing). Once it is tapped out, I expect values to appreciate a more normalized level of 2-5% per annum. That’s just my opinion.
Now lets briefly peruse the last few months of sales action for residential housing. After monthly inventory increases in Aug and Sept, the market showed signs or restabilizing in Oct and leveled off and improved slightly in November (speaking about ample inventory levels). Prices have softened a bit further in the third and fourth quarter of this year, but not significantly. I expect a slow revising starting in January when everyone gets back into the swing of things.
The lowest line is there has never been a good time to buy residential housing in Metro Phoenix (being selective). Remarkable affordability and confident cash flow on Particular family homes in a major Us metro market makes now the time to get involved and snap up properties to reap the benefits over the next 5-10 years. Don’t wait until it’s too late. Let us help you secure a briefcase of real estate that will make you money now and appreciate well into the future.

To students of mythology, safe bet characters in the myths, legends and folktales of the assorted cultures are often known as the gods, sometimes as culture heroes, sometimes deities or higher spirits disguised in animal form. Mankind has learned exceedingly beneficial lessons and has regularly ascribed that new knowledge to these beings; some noted someone or animal, regularly a deity in some form or other, in that society’s cultural mythology. These mythical benefactors who have brought these practical benefits to men are regularly located among the gods or at least at some level above the great unwashed. They have been the teachers and culture heroes to mankind.
In these cultural mythologies throughout the world it’s often the senior deities on high (sky gods) who bestowed gifts on mankind transforming human society from the nomadic hunter-gatherers to settlers and a more civilized culture. Gifts like agriculture, arts & crafts, the domestic sciences, trades, technology, etc. Then there’s fire.
Mythical
In the historical record, all else being equal, probably the human discoverers of fire of the assorted cultures around the world would be among the best remembered of all those benefactors. This would plainly be the case, for no greater good has touched man’s bodily life than fire. The usefulness of fire (heat and light) would have been safe bet to Blind Freddy and it should not have been difficult to shape out what was fuel (wood, leaves, dry grass, etc.) and what was not fuel (rocks, sand, etc.); the sharp bit would have been once coming over fire, or having fire come over you, to keep it under control and in constant furnish – never letting it go out. The next step would have been figuring out how to artificially create fire.
But that’s not what the mythologies relate. Mythologies don’t tell us that humans themselves discovered fire; discovered its uses; how to tame fire and how to make fire without direct advantage of mother Nature. No, mythologies tell us that fire was given to us directly, not by the senior gods, but by junior deities, in defiance of their seniors.
Mythologies often are suggestive that the senior gods did not for assorted reasons depending on the society/culture and the source (who’s telling the tale) wish to give humans the gift of fire. This brings up anomaly number one – fire is a natural part of our terrestrial environment so it can’t be kept from us! Oddity number two is what’s the big deal about fire anyway? It’s not like giving a five-year-old a loaded gun! Were the senior gods worried we were then going to charge them with flaming arrows like Indians attacking a covered wagon train?
However, lesser deities, middle supervision in the pantheon of gods, often trickster gods, sometimes cultural heroes, sometimes spirits disguised as animals often understanding humans should have the gift and advantage of fire. And so you have many near universal tales of these beings steading fire from their superiors and giving it to us mortals. Theft or trickery, the use of deceit of some kind, is roughly inseparably associated with humans acquiring fire as associated from cultures all over the world. Oddity number three is why these lesser deities were of the contrary understanding that humans should have fire (keeping in mind we would should have plainly had it anyway). Anomaly number four is even being of that understanding why middle supervision deities would act so defiantly against the directive of their betters. When you defy the top brass you know you’re not going to get off lightly. Some, like Prometheus suffered straight through repeated grievous bodily torture by authority of Zeus for giving us mortals fire, which makes his (and collectively their) mutiny all the odder. Prometheus’s theft of fire is remembered even today via the symbolism of the Olympic Flame or Torch.
However, the central oddity is still the first one. Consider the case of Zeus and Prometheus again. The Mediterranean region and Greece are no strangers to forest/bush fires and active volcanoes. The Greeks, way back before even Methuselah was in diapers, must have known about and employed the use of fire. Zeus had no say in the matter; Prometheus’s contrary understanding and actions were irrelevant.
If the story of the theft and gift of fire via Prometheus were the be-all-and-end-all of the ‘how mankind acquired fire’ tale, then it could probably be dismissed as pure fiction.
Prometheus isn’t the only case study of grabbing a hold of fire from senior management. Prometheus, the classical fire giver, is most widely known in literature. But while Prometheus is associated with the Mediterranean region, the deity Maui belonged to the length and breadth of the Pacific Ocean.
Consider Hawaii and that trickster demigod Maui (common throughout all of Polynesia). Of all the helpful gods of Pacific mythology, Maui, the mischievous Polynesian, is beyond query the hero to the largest numbers of nations scattered over that wide expanse of territory, including Hawaii. Maui is of policy associated with the theft and gift of fire.
But Hawaii is also a society that holds in awe the fine and somewhat fickle goddess Pele. In Hawaiian mythology Pele controls Hawaii’s volcanoes and volcanic operation (as well as fire, lightning, and wind) and as we all know, Hawaii is a volcanic hot zone; the islands were formed by volcanic eruptions, eruptions that still happen in the here and now. Hawaiians cannot be ignorant of fire. Molten lava sets fire to things! Does that make Maui irrelevant?
It would plainly be supposed that the Hawaiians living in a volcanic country with ever-flowing fountains of lava would connect their fire myths with some volcano when relating the story of the origin of fire. But like the rest of the Polynesians, Hawaiians found fire via Maui rather than plainly in rivers of molten rock.
Polynesians must have brought their fire legends and fire customs with them when they came to the Hawaiian islands of active volcanoes.
Then there’s the Maori tale of fire’s origin, again starring Maui.
Mahuika is a Maori fire deity. It was from her that Maui obtained the hidden of making fire. Maui, looking that fire has been lost on the earth, resolves to find Mahuika the Fire-goddess and learn the hidden art of obtaining fire. He visits her, and being a trickster deity, tricks Mahuika into giving out with the technical details. His tricks of policy make her furious and, although he obtains the hidden of fire, he barely escapes with his life.
The cultural hero Bue of the Gilbert Islands is an additional one in the long list of fiery pickpockets. Ditto that of Botoque of the central Brazilian tribe the Kayapo.
It is worth noting that in many myths not only was fire stolen, but birds marked by red or black spots among their feathers were associated with the theft. In Brittany the golden or fire-crested wren steals fire and is red-marked while so doing.
The indigenous natives of North America have near identical tales.
The animals of the North American Indians are represented as stealing fire. Some swiftly-flying bird or fleet-footed coyote would carry the stolen fire to the home of the tribe. We have Cherokee mythology state the Spider stole fire; tribes of the Pacific Northwest and First Nations peoples communicate that fire was nicked by the Coyote, Beaver and/or Dog and given to humans; agreeing to some Yukon First Nations people, Crow stole fire from a volcano; agreeing to the Creek Indians, Rabbit stole fire; ditto that in Algonquin mythology – fire was stolen by Rabbit; them rabbits or hares also stole fire and gave it to the Ojibwas agreeing to their myths.
In Africa, the Mason-wasp was the go-between obtaining fire for the Ila population from their version of God. Tore of the Mbuti in Zaire is the local version of Prometheus. The assorted Bushmen of Africa like the Pygmies of the Congo stole fire from their God. The Dogons of the Mali have Nummo spirits (heavenly blacksmiths) and one of their first ancestors nicked a piece of the sun from their smithy.
And on and on and on it goes.
Oddity number five is that the individual authors of these mythological ‘theft and gift of fire’ tales – if myths they certainly be – would have realized, must have realized, that fire was a natural part of the human environment and therefore the ‘gift of fire’ was an unnecessary gift and therefore the theft by the lesser deities was equally unnecessary as was the restriction by the senior sky gods in the first place. If a modern day author wrote such illogical claptrap they just wouldn’t get published.
Anomaly number six is why in mythologies from diverse parts of the world have the seniors choosing to maintain fire from mankind; their juniors or other lesser beings even humanised animals defying them and stealing fire from them and giving it to us terrestrials. It’s an unlikely enough story that, okay, may appear once as in Zeus and Prometheus, but not independently over and over again. So, whether we have an excellent anomalous set of unlikely coincidences, or else the story is certainly real and thus not mythology at all.
Now possibly the ‘gift of fire’ refers not so much to actual fire as to instead the gift of making fire, as in how to (i.e. – rubbing two sticks together or remarkable together two rocks to make sparks). While that understanding is more philosophically akin to the senior gods giving those other gifts of civilization to mankind, that’s not what the mythologies describe. What’s described is fire in its pure form that’s given out, post theft by lesser gods, not how to make fire.
Analysis: The upshot of all of this is that the theft-of-fire mythology is not myth but certainly real. But, the restrictions of the seniors and the defiance of the juniors propose that fire wasn’t the real concern here. Somehow fire has been replaced for something else. That’s a something that’s not a natural part of the human environment and that’s a something which if given to humans might be akin to that five-year-old holding a certainly real loaded pistol – or worse.
So if fire in the hands of us primitives isn’t certainly a big deal, and since the ‘gods’ couldn’t preclude us from discovering and using fire under any set of circumstances, what might the real concern be? It has to be something along the nature of fire – sharp and hot and hard to control; something that in the hands of humans might prove a threat to the gods. Nuclear power and weapons seem to be just a tad too improbable. We need something between a nice campfire and Hiroshima/Nagasaki. What about ordinary explosives or thermal weapons as the real ‘fire’ that was stolen and given to humanity?
Explosives per say were probably not what was meant by fire. Explosives, gunpowder, etc. Was a Chinese invention somewhere between the ninth and eleventh centuries Ad, and from there spread to the Middle East and hence Europe. That’s a bit too late in historical terms for explosives to have been a gift from Prometheus and all those others.
However, the use of heat as a weapon, thermal weapons, can be dated back to at least the eighth and ninth century Bc. That’s historically more like the era we want. And how do you quickly and certainly create heat? – With fire of course. The real bit here is that it’s not just pure fire that is used as in flaming arrows or burning down a wooden fort, or burning crops and fields (scorched earth policy), but fire or heat somehow augmented by chemicals and then transferred to where it’s needed.
For example, a whole variety of heated chemicals, from water to sand to assorted petroleum-based compounds (oil, pitch, bitumen etc.) could be dumped on enemy personnel or hurled onto assorted structures, fortifications, even ships at sea in order to destroy or at least serious damage them.
When it comes to aged naval warfare, looking and utilizing a chemical substance that burns while floating on the water, well this would be heaven-sent as it were. Such substances forms what today is ordinarily referred to as ‘Greek fire’ though Greek fire proper, however, wasn’t invented until roughly 672 Ad, again a bit too late for Prometheus.
In addition, assorted sulphur-based compounds and quicklime are beneficial as toxic/blinding agents. There are always smoke bombs that can be employed as well.
In short, it wasn’t fire so much that the senior gods wanted to keep out of our grubby exiguous paws, but the use of thermal weapons via the application of chemicals and assorted chemical properties beneficial in warfare, incendiary mixtures, the basic ingredient being heat first and foremost, heat regularly supplied by fire.
The unanswerable query is why the reluctance on the part of the senior gods to give humanity fire, or way more likely something akin to fire but far more dangerous like thermal weaponry technology, and the counterpart unanswerable query why therefore the seemingly intense opposition to that policy from other so-called lesser deities and cultural heroes? The only thing that makes sense is that the seniors were opposed because it was akin to giving a child a loaded pistol. The opposition on the other hand figured it was probably safe bet we would shape it all out for ourselves anyway, and giving the technology to us sooner rather than later after stealing it in the first place from higher authority gave the powers-that-be some kind of control – the kid with the loaded pistol was at least supervised.
Theft Of Fire
There are those who rise to the peak of their definite craft, to which all other people aspire to climb, but few ever come close. For classical music, such is the case with Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, the child prodigy who would one day come to be known as the many classical musician of all time.
Born on January 27, 1756, Mozart would complete 600 compositions that are recognized as the pinnacles of symphonic, concertante, chamber, piano, operatic and choral music. He is the most beloved of all classical composers and most of his works are accepted concert pieces.
Mythical
The love of music for Mozart would begin when his sister was seven and he, at three-years-old, would watch with fascination as she was given piano lessons. When he was four-years-old, his father began teaching him how to play the piano. In seemingly no time at all, he could play the piano flawlessly, and by the age of five he was composing small piano pieces.
By the time Mozart was seven, the house was traveling Europe to show off the musical prodigy at courts over the land. One concert tour for the house stretched for three and a half years, from Munich to Paris. During the trip, he met Johann Christian Bach in 1765, which proved to be a large affect on him.
Mozart’s skills showed straight through During those years. Once, while hearing Miserere in the Sistine Chapel, he wrote it down entirely from memory, producing the first illegal copy of a closely-guarded piece of music of the Vatican. When he was 14, he wrote his first opera which met a great deal of success, with two more operas following when he was 15 and 16.
Throughout the years, until his premature death in 1791, Mozart was a extremely influential form in the world of music. What many consider to be the second many composer of all time, Ludwig Van Beethoven, was strongly influenced by him, becoming closely acquainted with Mozart’s work as a teenager.
Throughout history, since his death, Mozart has had his music performed by countless individuals, all of whom cite him as a consummate affect on their body of work. Arguably one of the many musicians of all time, Mozart transcended beyond just being a performer and legend, becoming a mythical person, whose mind seemed to touch on a musical part of the world the rest of us could not see.
Much of his music is still played today. The instruments are similar but not the same. They are much more in tune and much more expensive. There are music instrument makers that still make instruments like those that were used in Mozart’s time. However, for clarity, intonation and sound, the more contemporary instruments either new or used are superior to those used hundreds of years ago.
The music of Mozart is played in symphonies, quartets and small ensembles. They are still favored During the holidays and are often played at weddings and receptions. While the instruments may have changed and improved over time, Mozart’s compositions remain beautiful and timeless.

I once heard it said that it is important to be true to yourself no matter what. There are a lot of in effect great quotes about this. However, as with all in life, I believe there should be some moderation to this. Particularly if your goal is to be a firm owner or reach certain other goals in your life.
Can You Be Authentic and Grow a Business?
Phoenix
In my life coaching business, I’ve seen a lot of great habitancy lose firm because they work so hard to be their own authentic self that they in effect put others off. Who they are naturally becomes something that most habitancy struggle to be around. These are truly splendid people, however, they don’t fit into mainstream collective norms. Often this can be ok but it depends on what their goals and ambitions may be. And sometimes, they may just have certain views or beliefs that they are passionate about that forestall them from connecting. Some examples include:
Highly religious
Extreme political beliefs
Extreme moral beliefs
Let’s take a 25 year old male as an example. This single male enjoys getting a lot of tattoos and piercings. He doesn’t fit into the mainstream. If he were to meet you at a networking event and ask if he could sell you a life guarnatee package, you’d probably humor him (that way you don’t find him following you to your car at the end of the event) and find an easy fly as soon as you could. There is miniature turn that this person would be very high on your list of contacts to network with further. That is, unless you are or know habitancy that are also into tattoos and piercings. However, if you were to walk into a narrative store or concert venue, you’d not think twice about request this private for advice.
Likewise, if a woman approached you and abruptly began sharing with you the virtues of breast feeding in collective while carrying her child in a sling on her chest, you probably wouldn’t in effect think hiring her as your financial planner. That is, unless you are also highly passionate about breast feeding. However, if you were to attend a La Leche meeting or birthing classes, this is likely to be the person you would seek out.
Piercings and breast feeding are topics that make these two individuals unique. These are their peacock feathers. It isn’t all the time in our best interest to lead with our uniqueness when their uniqueness doesn’t fit well with their goals. These are some ultimate examples for the purpose of illustrating the point. Chances are, these two habitancy would be seeing work in a profession that allowed them to be true to their authentic self.
However, I run over a amount of habitancy that use the view of being true to their authentic self to be loud, rude, inappropriate, annoying or just odd. When I suggest to them that they may have more success in life and in firm if they look at themselves and decree how they might “fit in” better, they automatically assume I am request them to turn who they are. Well, actually, I am. But I’m request them to look at how they might be a better person or how they might find a way to join together with a greater amount of individuals. I’m not request them to turn who they are authentically.
In life and in business, it’s about connections. If you being you prevents connections from occurring, it may hinder your goals naturally by reducing the amount of individuals you are able to join together with.
Being You and Being Connectable
It’s in effect possible to be your authentic self and also be the connectable person that makes more friends, gets more connections and has more business/success in life. Here are some suggestions for doing just that:
Find an outlet – Find a place, assosication or group of friends that allow you to express your uniqueness when appropriate.
Introduce You gently – Make your first impression a good one. One that would make most habitancy comfortable. As you get to know someone, gently introduce some of the more unique aspects of yourself.
Discover your passion – Find a way to work in a field that directly relates to your uniqueness. Just as the breast feeding mom could work with birth moms, each person has the ability to find a field that caters directly to what makes them special.
Create a niche shop – Specialize in working with habitancy that share your uniqueness. Then find where they are and network in those circles exclusively.
Discover other sides of yourself – You may have something about you that is highly unique (and perhaps sometimes uncomfortable to others). You also have other aspects of who you are. scrutinize those other sides and bring them out when the time is more appropriate.
Sometimes our uniqueness is as simple as feeling strongly about our own beliefs but manufacture this kind of commentary may cut your option of fine individuals for firm or life. This may be Ok. There’s a few fellowships here in Phoenix that promote their Christianity and use it to attract customers. If you are not Christian, you may not think hiring them. They are in effect fine with that.
If you are aware of the decisions you are manufacture about your own authentic self and you understand the possible pros and cons, then you can make an informed decision as to if you want to express yourself freely. However, when we don’t scrutinize the pros and cons and select to be authentic no matter what only to wonder why most habitancy don’t want to be nearby us, that’s when we have a bit more studying to do.
What makes you unique?

Determining where person would like to be, and how to get there in five to 10 years, takes much aware effort, however, identifying goals that will help person grow, either it be educational, expert or personal is very important. Any steps are complex in order to be successful, such as, defining the goals, determining the optimum time frame and putting the plan into action. Combining personal beliefs and values into defined goals and refusing to turn away from these beliefs during difficult times will lead to feelings of true achievement once the goals are attained. With any serious goal, maintain systems and mentors must be thought about and utilized, to avoid becoming overwhelmed when challenges arise. Chitty and Black (2007) states “Make sure your goals and expectations are realistic. Unrealistic goals are self-defeating. Make sure the goals are measurable, manageable, and meaningful to you, not to please somebody else.” (Chapter 10, p. 266).
Nursing philosophy is clearly insight your personal truths, thoughts and goals and determining how they chronicle to your expert occupation as a nurse. Each nurse has unique experiences that influence his or her personal choice of profession, but in general, nurses are drawn to the profession because of the nurturing characteristics that the profession embraces. My philosophy of nursing may vary from other nurses depending on their culture, religion or ethnicity, but the composition of the diversities makes nursing special. In my personal view, the nursing profession is a very respectable profession, which should always place the holistic care and concern of the outpatient as the top priority. Persisting schooling is mandatory for nurses to be able to contribute high quality of care and to contribute the latest improved medicine techniques. either through treating, teaching, advocating or supporting, outpatient care is directly impacted through nursing care on a daily basis. Nurses also must accept the responsibility of leading others in the care of patients in order to avow a high quality continuity of care.

Baccalaureate prepared nurses are great prepared to accept positions that need more leadership skills. Obtaining the Baccalaureate degree also shows commitment to the profession, which shows compel to the employer. As stated by Cynthia O’Neal (2004), “In today’s condition care environment, baccalaureate nurses must be prepared to use necessary leadership skills to administrate and coordinate teams of care.” The increased amount of training that is focused on nursing ethics, nursing foundations and history, and nursing professionalism promotes the knowledge to found the responsibilities of Any team members successfully, without appearing overbearing. Providing this leadership may not be overly approved by every person on the team, and may in turn cause temporary conflict, however, in order for the team to function in an effective and organized manner, and contribute the convention with a effective department, and the outpatient with high quality of care, this is a convert that must take place.
With any growth, there will be challenges and barriers. Selecting strong mentors is a very leading step in reaching goals. Victor Ghebre (Dec, 2008), instructs us to “find a mentor or person who can inspire you in the area of personal development, and try to connect yourself with other people who are on the path to self growth.” during the schooling experience, scholastic advisors or facilitators are extraordinary mentors, and during the expert occupation experience, introducing yourself to staff amelioration coordinators, physicians and supervision staff can facilitate introductions to such mentors. Having a strong maintain law within the personal relationships of our daily lives is also important. With growth, growing pains will happen, and having maintain during difficult times will encourage the growth to continue. Having a healthy prospect of the challenges that may be present and a plan of operation will lessen the succeed when these challenges occur. Family, and the responsibilities that family involves, is a large challenge to overcome when attempting to grow in a expert aspect. Learning to meet these responsibilities satisfactorily, while working toward expert goals is possible.
Identifying goals and becoming committed to achieving these goals lead to life changing events, bringing pleasure and personal fulfillment. people are surrounded by goals from birth, learning to walk and talk, to planning for life after retirement or even death. Continually setting new goals and attempting to achieve them is what prevents complacence. For some, complacence may be the goal, but for others, setting new goals is a means of growth, and growth is necessary in embracing life. Goals do not have to be anything as leading as a new profession. Goals can be as straightforward as choosing to start walking daily, and planning where to walk, or production a goal to learn to sew. production realistic goals and attempting to attain these goals while abiding within unavoidable beliefs and values introduces Any areas that continue to add value to life, such as extra friends, strong maintain systems and learning to overcome challenges. Goals are an leading part in life in that it promotes growth, and combining expert goals with personal goals can create holistic peace within self and family.

Handling a new leopard gecko can be a problematic undertaking, especially for habitancy who don’t have a lot of former taste in dealing with reptiles, or if you’re person whose taste is universally with larger ones. However, it’s not indeed all that complicated.
When handling any animal, you’re going to want to take things slow, and that applies as much to geckos as to any other. When you first get the gecko, hold it only for short periods of time, or not at all, depending on how calm or nervous it is. An animal that’s very nervous should probably be left alone for the first small while in order to let it get used to things.
Phoenix
Your lizard should be able to adjust to its new environment before it has to deal with added stress. Remember, it’s hard for such a small animal to perceive that you’re not a predator, given the size dissimilarity in the middle of you. Take things slow to help yourself gain your gecko’s trust.
When you think the gecko is used to its surroundings, you can promenade to touching it. Don’t just grab at your gecko, however. After all, leopard geckos are prey animals for many other species, and a shadow from above tells them they’re in danger!
Instead, gradually place your hand inside the cage, like a piece of the landscape and allow your pet to get used to it and to climb on it. The gecko should be willing to walk across your hand inside the cage. Once it gets a small more used to you, it’ll be easier to gradually close your hand and hold it.
Remember never to move too fast or cope your animal roughly. It could be stressed and injured. Avoid touching the head or tail, as these can cause your leopard gecko to startle and bolt. Touching only the body will enable you to keep your pet from feeling threatened.
Threatened leopard geckos will drop their tails, causing injury and the site of a possible infection. Avoid this by never keeping your gecko by the tail, and only handling it in the gentlest way you can. Herd your lizard into your hand rather than grabbing it, and when you do pick the lizard up, cradle the body, putting the least pressure on that you can.
Leopard geckos are hardy, durable animals, but they’re still very small and could be damaged by too much pressure, especially when they’re babies. The more used to you your gecko is, the easier it will be to cope it without fear of escape.
New or young geckos will be quite nervous and skittish in the beginning, but will calm down as they come to be accustomed to your presence. cope your animal on a regular basis to keep it from losing its accustomization to your presence. Daily handling is not too much, if you want to make sure that your lizard stays amiable and sociable with humans.
Reptiles can “forget” their tameness and want socialization all over again if they’re allowed too much time without taste with humans. Gentleness is all the time predominant – don’t forget just because your gecko is getting older. It’s still much smaller than you are and quite easy to damage.
